Talk Yourself Up is an intimate signature workshop designed for senior leaders, managers and executives. It helps your most ambitious people spot the language patterns shrinking them, understand the subconscious roots beneath the words, and upgrade how they speak in the moments that matter most - meetings, presentations, pitches, board conversations, performance reviews, negotiations, and the quiet self-talk running underneath all of it.

The format:

An intimate, in-person or virtual signature workshop for up to 15 senior leaders, managers or executives - designed for the depth, focus and quality of attention this work requires.聽3.5 hours of facilitated work, followed by a 60-minute virtual (or in person if requested) group session three weeks later to lock the聽transformation聽in and provide additional space for integration. .
