SEEN is a 12-week private 1:1 coaching container.

We work with:

• real moments of visibility from your actual life

• the exact point where inhibition activates

• the underlying internal pattern driving it

This includes:

• identifying subconscious self-protection

• resolving internal conflict around exposure

• nervous-system regulation under real conditions

• truth-based self-expression without performance

In addition to weekly online coaching calls, transformational weekly tasks, meditations & emotional breakthrough tools you'll receive private coaching messaging support M-F to allow high tough integration through 3 powerful phases....

Phase 1: Identifying the Internal Interference

In this phase, we focus on:

• identifying where and how you inhibit yourself

• bringing awareness to the ways you dial down, delay, or avoid

• understanding the function of these patterns, rather than fighting them

This isn’t about analysing your past to death.... It’s about accurately seeing what’s actually happening with curiosity and compassion. 

Clarity sets the stage for real change. You can't change what you can't see. 

Phase 2: Resolving Resistance at the Source

This phase focuses on:

• resolving internal conflict around being seen

• working with subconscious self-protection that activates under exposure

• restoring nervous-system safety while visible

• allowing truth and self-expression to come through without force

This is where the work moves beyond insight.

Instead of trying to “push through” resistance, we remove the need for it. As the internal blocks soften, expression becomes simpler and more natural.

Phase 3: Integration and Stabilisation

In this phase, we focus on:

• stabilising new patterns of expression and follow-through

• making visibility feel neutral rather than charged

• integrating self-trust so you don’t revert under pressure

• ensuring the change holds across different contexts

By the end of this phase, being seen is something that feels safe and a natural part of your expansion. Being SEEN will simply be part of how you move through the world - and the opportunities that comes with that are endless.

 ~ Calls are taken weekly unless otherwise discussed and agreed. And yes, holidays can be factored in and you won't lose out :) All calls are 60 mins except fthe irst one which is 90 minutes ~
