FAQ'S & INFO
Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: There is a live group call on the 1st, 7th, 14th and 28th of the month (which is recorded in case you can't make one of them). There is a daily practice that usually takes up to 15 minutes a day. Plus there are two workbooks to complete in the first and last week. This is the bare minimum requirement. There are optional but additional exercises and tools you can dive into and the Q&A chat group can be used as much or as little as you like. It's up to you how much you get out of it.
Q: What if I can’t make one of the live calls?
A: No worries! All sessions are recorded and uploaded into your portal for you to watch at your convenience.
Q: I’ve tried mindset work before. How is this different?
A: This program doesn’t just focus on mindset, you are learning a powerful self-coaching process that integrates mindset, nervous system regulation, energy shifts, and habit stacking micro-habits so you experience real transformation, not just information.
Q: Is this program right for me?
