MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Lauren; certified mindset and success coach, music creator, podcaster, supper club host and the founder of Never Just Business.Â
When I first started my personal development business in 2020, I wasn't new to a life of "working for yourself". I had been running my music business for more than a decade by that point, and so I was used to self-motivation, project managing, self-promotion, marketing, emails, social media and all the mindset stuff that comes with building something from the ground up.
My two biggest mistakes in my first business was;Â
1) spending far too long as a lone wolf ~Â not collaborating except with the people IÂ hired for projects. Not having an inspiring and supportive community - a hive mind - to connect, collaborate and grow with.
2) not doing the internal work proactively enough and so not realising quickly enough just how I was getting in my own way, letting subconscious fears and beliefs secretely sabotage my results.
It was only when IÂ started addressing these two things that things really took off for me in my music career.
And one thing I know FOR SURE is that when I stop supporting ME...my business suffers.
I built Never Just Business for people like me and you; people who truly understand the value of having access to high-quality coaching that supports how you think and feel everyday. AND who understand the value of a like-minded community URL & IRL.Â

Q: What happens after I've signed up?
A: Once you've selected your payment plan of choice and completed checkout, you’ll immediately receive an email to confirm and welcome you. You'll get instant access to our community members private hub called the "Clubhouse", plus all other resources available at this point in time.Â
Inside of the clubhouse you'll be able to see all of our upcoming calls and live events including our hot seat coaching sessions. There is a call almost every week so you can hit the ground running!
Q: What if I can’t make one of the live calls?
A: No worries! All calls are recorded and uploaded into the portal for you to watch back at your convenience.
Q: Do I get direct access and support from Lauren in the Club?
A:Yes! You can receive coaching and support from Lauren on the group coaching calls, plus when we run challenges and experiences you'll receive direct support and guidance from Lauren. If you'd like private coaching with Lauren in addition to the group spaces - pay in full for a year and receive a bonus session with Lauren PLUS members of Never Just Fine can schedule private calls with Lauren at a reduced rate.Â
Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: Yes, we require a minimum 6-month commitment for all founding members. This is to ensure that we attract the people who understand that being in something, implementing, engaging in order to create real transformation and momentum requires some time. We feel 6 months gives you time to learn, engage and see incredible long term results. We value members who are actively engaged in the community and are excited about connecting with fellow members and special guests! If you're looking for a 'quick fix' in one call this won't be the place for you. After each 6 months inside the group your payment plan of choice will renew automatically unless you inform us at least 14 days before.Â
Q: What kind of business do I need to have to join?
A: Any! Because this isn't a program that teaches strategy or skillsets for a particular business model...this is about YOU, the person. The focus of Never Just Fine is about offering you a space to be supported and strengthened from the inside out, whilst also getting outside perspectives from a wide range of businesses and have support and friends as you create a life and business you love.
Since I started coaching in 2020 I have coached and supported incredible women around the world in a wide range of businesses; yoga teachers, consultants, brand strategists, coaches, video editors, energy healers, astrologers, lawyers, copywriters, online educators, artists, musicians....
If you're building something outside of the 9-5, you are welcome into this community
Q:Â My business is a "side hustle" aka I'm not yet full time...can I still join?
A: Yes. Plenty of my clients have their businesses and corporate jobs. Some of my clients have two jobs and run both simultaneously for example; Nanny + coach, Yoga teacher + artist.
Q:Â What time & timezone are the calls?Â
A: The calls are currently held on Wednesdays @ 3pm (UK timezone). As the club grows and we expand into more territories we will assess and will offer more call time options in order to accommodate as many people as we can.
Q: Can I cancel if its not a good fit for me?
We ask that you commit to the club for at least 6 months but if you feel the program doesn’t meet your expectations during your first month, please reach out, and we’ll discuss options to ensure you’re fully satisfied. After that stage, Never Just Business is a 6 monthly commitment so you are locked in for 6 months. Payment plans are not a cancellable subscription.
